We have carried out food distribution at least 4 times in at least 2/3 areas each time.
Over the last 2 years and have plans to continue supporting this nation known to be the smiling coast of Africa.
Due to floods and drought the country suffers from increased prices on food items and it can be very expensive for people to be able to feed their families well.
Our packages have onions, flour, oil, spices, lentils, rice, blankets, sanitation and other basic essentials.

‘The flood impacts include destruction of houses, food stock, toilet facilities, and household items. The ongoing assessments have identified at least 47,104 people who are directly affected by the recent heavy downpours.’ ( IFRC, 8 Aug 2022)
We aim to help this region throughout the year due to the consistent levels of poverty seen, the difficult weather conditions, lack of water facilities and floods.
